Skip Date Cards are designed to help people create safer, respectful, and appropriate date invitations. This Date Card Content Policy applies to both Digital Date Cards and physical Date Cards, including all photos, images, text, artwork, logos, designs, and other materials submitted to Skip.
By uploading, submitting, creating, or requesting content for a Date Card, you agree to follow this policy.
You are responsible for all content you upload, submit, or request for a Date Card, including:
Content must be accurate, appropriate, and suitable for use on a dating-related invitation.
You must have the legal right to use everything you submit.
Do not upload or submit content that:
Skip does not independently verify that you own or have permission to use submitted content. By submitting content, you confirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and approvals.

Automated moderation may not detect every policy violation. Skip may review content again at any time, including after a Digital Date Card has been published or a physical order has been submitted.
Passing review only means that the content was not determined to violate this policy at the time it was reviewed. It does not mean that Skip endorses the content, verifies its accuracy, or certifies the person shown in it.
Approved content may be used on a Digital Date Card or submitted for physical printing.
Approval may be reversed if Skip later discovers that the content violates this policy, another Skip policy, or applicable law.
Content that requires additional review may be placed in a pending status.
While content is pending:
You may not remove, crop, hide, or misrepresent a pending-review watermark or use a pending preview in a way that suggests it has been approved by Skip.
Rejected content cannot be used on a Date Card. You may be asked to upload a different photo or replace other submitted content.
Skip may provide a general reason for rejection but is not required to disclose moderation methods, internal thresholds, or detailed safety signals.
Digital Date Card content may become shareable immediately after automated or human approval.

Additional refund, cancellation, damaged-item, and final-sale terms are explained in Skip’s Return Policy and Terms of Sale.
Digital Date Cards generally do not involve printing or shipping. Any paid Digital Date Card services remain subject to the applicable purchase terms shown at checkout and Skip’s other policies.
You are responsible for claims, disputes, losses, or legal issues resulting from content you upload, submit, request, publish, or distribute through a Date Card.
You are also responsible for how you share or use a Date Card after it has been created.
Skip’s content review is intended to support platform safety and policy enforcement. It is not a substitute for obtaining permission, complying with the law, or exercising good judgment.
